In a Phantom Mood
Package Design/Papermaking
In echo with the lyrics from “In a Phantom Mood”, the 7” vinyl package embodies a sense of quietude and subtlety. The information about the single is hidden as embossed lines and seamlessly merging with the all white cover.
When producing the actual cover, paper-making techniques was involved in the making process. Integrating threads between layers to shape the letters, the package turned out with minimalistic playfulness.
Lines from Lyrics:
Wanted to melt into the scenery
In a phantom mood
Now then, what to do?
What to become?
What to become?
With this transparent body of mine.
I flew wherever I pleased
In a phantom mood
Now then, what to do?
What to become?
What to become?
With this transparent body of mine.
